Task service not writing to _tasks and _monitoring bucket

Resolved

We have encountered issues with our tasks service that did not write to _tasks and _monitoring bucket. Tasks were run successfully but task logs were not captured. Alert checks and/or notifications also may not have fired. This impacted a subset of users on AWS eu-central-1 only and was seen between 14:38 PM and 19:07PM UTC.
